1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you, personally or on behalf of an entity, and Anchor Sox (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning your access to and use of www.ANCHORSox.com and related media, mobile websites, or applications (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless stated otherwise, the Site, source code, databases, functionality, software, designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, trademarks, service marks, and logos are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. They are provided “as is” for informational and personal use. No part may be copied, reproduced, published, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or commercially exploited without our prior written permission.

3. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent that information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete; you have legal capacity and will comply with these Terms; you are not a minor in your jurisdiction; you will not use automated or non-human access without permission; and your use will not violate any law. We may suspend access or refuse service when information is false, outdated, or incomplete.

4. Products and Services (B2B Specific)

4.1 Product Descriptions

We aim to describe our products accurately. Because textile manufacturing naturally involves tolerances, slight variations in color, texture, and sizing may occur between digital proofs, samples, and bulk production.

4.2 Customization and Samples

• Digital proofs: approval is required before production. We are not responsible for errors visible in an approved proof.
• Samples: physical samples may be requested. Fees may apply and may be credited against a later bulk order when stated in the quotation.
• MOQ: minimum order quantities apply as stated in product information or quotations.

4.3 Pricing

Prices may change without notice. Unless a quotation says otherwise, quotes are generally valid for 30 days due to raw-material and shipping-cost fluctuations.

5. Payment Terms

Unless a Proforma Invoice or Sales Contract states otherwise, a 30%–50% deposit is typically required before production, with the balance payable before shipment or against a copy of the Bill of Lading. We accept T/T, PayPal for samples or small orders, and other agreed methods. Prices generally exclude buyer-country import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Lead Times

Samples generally require 7–10 days after design confirmation; bulk production generally requires 20–35 days depending on quantity and complexity. These are estimates, not guarantees.

6.2 Shipping Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, shipments may use Incoterms® 2020 rules such as EXW, FOB, CIF, or DDP. Risk transfers according to the selected Incoterm.

6.3 Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, war, pandemics, strikes, carrier disruption, customs hold-ups, or other events beyond our reasonable control. See our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and Refunds

Claims for verified manufacturing defects must be submitted within 15 calendar days after discovery with photos or videos. We may offer replacement, repair, credit, or an agreed refund. Custom-made, non-defective goods generally cannot be returned. Sample fees are non-refundable unless a quotation states that they will be credited toward a bulk order. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Anchor Sox nor its directors, employees, or agents will be liable for indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, revenue, or data, arising from use of the Site.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us, our affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your use of the Site, breach of these Terms, violation of third-party rights, or harmful conduct toward another user.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The courts of Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising in connection with these Terms.
